The original plan was for the whole family to move to Melbourne first. Once we're settled in (new schools, new work arrangement, new place, lots of unpacking etc) then we will start looking for a house.
But things changed when one day, while I was driving back home from my son's school. I saw a massive series of signboard advertising a new estate called Lakeside. We live close to the area and we know that it's a really nice place.
Added to that, we were informed that land titles are expected in September of this year, which means we can start building this year and move to the new house next year. So we decided to go for it!
